More InfoSocial Experiment is a gathering for fans of Live Art, the boundary-pushing and the experimental. With a focus on contemporary performance, audiences can head down to experience an evening of new work - while for artists, it’s a chance to meet, chat and try ideas out.
Presented by Word of Warning + Contact and produced by hÅb, this free, semi-regular night invites Greater Manchester artists to test short performances, interventions or durational works in a friendly, informal setting.
If you’re a Greater Manchester artist aged 18+, this is your chance to share something you’ve been working on. Submit your proposal by 12 noon on 12 November via the link below.
If you’re an audience member curious about experimental art, drop by (no booking required) and witness live risk-taking in action - from bold concepts to beautiful failures.
This event takes place throughout the year, with upcoming 2026 dates scheduled for 19 February (Queer Contact Edition), 9 April, and 11 June.
